A renowned Nigerian Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) General Overseer Enoch Adeboye has bought a new helicopter aeroplane.
According to information sourced by FCM TV online from “Christian Post Facebook page,” which is written by Daniel Breakforth shows that a plane registration number 5N-EAA, representing Enoch Adejare Adeboye is reported to have arrived in Nigeria very recently.
Breakforth reported: “The brand new helicopter ‘5N-EAA’ is presently parked in Winners’ Chapel owned hanger Dominion Aviation Centre, at Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos Nigeria.”
According to Breakforth, the 78 old Evangelist Adeboye was in April 2013 to have been quoted by Aljazeera Journalist Mohammed Adow in an interview saying: “There are things you need when you need to oversee churches in 160 nations, you can not do that on a bicycle.”
In December 2019, Aljazeera and other media outlets reported that Evangelist Adeboye was on evangelism drive in 20 towns in Nigeria winning souls to Christ within a period of four days, in a journey doubled “let’s go a fishing.”
“Pastor Enoch Adeboye had stated in 1981 as a 39 old leader of RCCG that the church intended to plant churches within 3 minutes driving distance in the developed world and 5 minutes walking in the developing world. This has led the church to grow from 38 churches when he stepped into the office to over 40,000 churches in the last 39 years,” added Breakforth.
Recently, another Nigerian pastor, Bishop David Oyedepo of Living Faith Church also acquired a helicopter. According to Breakforth, Bishop Oyedepo is set to plant over 10,000 churches in Nigeria and other African this year alone. So far, over 5,000 churches have already been planted.
RCCG has churches in over 190 countries, across the world. Pastor Adeboye is famous with his teachings which are beamed in various local TV channels like Malawi.
